We are pleased to announce that our mat pilates teacher training course is coming soon to Whitley Bay. You can study it as a stand alone course, or as part of a comprehensive full 1210-hour teacher training programme consisting of mat, reformer, and apparatus.
100 hour Pilates Teacher Training Programme
Our fully comprehensive course takes 500 hours to complete and is nationally and internationally recognised by the PMA and NCPT.
